How your website and Instagram can work together
Give customers a clear route from discovering your business to understanding your services and making an enquiry.
Give each channel a clear job
Use Instagram to show recent work, introduce your team, and start conversations. Use your website to bring the essentials together: what you offer, who it is for, where you work, and how someone can contact you. A visitor should not have to scroll through months of posts to find an answer.
Send visitors to the relevant page
A post about a particular service should lead to information about that service. Include what is covered, the steps involved, any information needed for a quotation, and a clear enquiry option. For a small business, one well-organised service page can be more useful than several pages repeating the same message.
Show evidence people can assess
Publish examples of your work with context: the brief, your contribution, and what was delivered. Use client names, photographs, and feedback only with permission. Label concept work as a demo. Explain your process when you do not yet have verified results to share.
Check the complete enquiry journey
Open a social link on your phone, read the destination page, and try its contact options. Check whether the page makes sense to a first-time visitor. Submit a test enquiry and confirm that it arrives. Assign someone to respond and keep contact details current across both channels.
